Stefani has been an active REALTOR® since 2002 and received her Brokers license in 2011. She owns and manages the boutique real estate firm: b2 and company. During her career as a sports agent, she had the good fortune to have one of her clients ask her to represent him in a real estate transaction. She loved the experience and decided to make a career change. Stefani enjoys being in the people business and creating “win-win” situations. As a testament to how much she values her relationships, most of her business stems from client referrals.

 

Stefani graduated from Cornell University with a BA and then received her law degree from Pepperdine University. She and her husband, Scott (who is a local dentist), moved to Park City in 1999 and truly can’t imagine living anywhere else. Park City has proven to be an idyllic place to raise their family of three children and many pets. Stefani sits on the boards of the Kimball Art Center and Wasatch Adaptive Sports. She was also a founder/teacher of the elementary schools' visual art program (EVA) and is an artist herself. She loves this community and has been actively involved for over twenty years.
