Stefani has been an active REALTOR® since 2002 and received her Brokers License in 2011. She owns and manages the boutique real estate firm: b2 and company. Prior to real estate, she was a sports agent who handled business and endorsement management for professional athletes, most of them in the NFL. One of her clients, Steve Young, built a house in Park City and asked for her assistance in selling the property.  She loved the experience and decided that with her growing family, it was a good time to make a career change. Stefani enjoys being in the people business and creating “win-win” situations. As a testament to how much she values her relationships, the majority of her business stems from client referrals.

 

Stefani graduated from Cornell University with a BA and then received her law degree from Pepperdine University with a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution.  She and her husband, Scott (who is a local dentist), moved to Park City in 1999 and truly cannot imagine living anywhere else. Park City has proven to be an idyllic place to raise their family of three children and many rescued pets. Stefani sits on the boards of the Kimball Art Center and Wasatch Adaptive Sports. She was also a founder/teacher of the elementary schools' visual art program (EVA) and is an artist herself. She loves this community and has been actively involved for over 25 years.
