b2 and company continues to work with The Boyer Company to further their strategic vision for the 725,000-square foot retail component of this large mixed-use development. The site, which is three outdoor blocks around Salt Lake's historic Union Pacific Depot, is part of the city's larger redevelopment masterplan. The Gateway unites retail, restaurants, entertainment, cultural destinations, office, hotel and residential space to anchor the downtown core. The center opened in 2001 and b2 and company continues in the ongoing leasing and merchandising efforts for the existing center. The second phase of The Gateway opened in fall of 2005. |

Norwood Development Company contracted b2 and company to create the premier lifestyle destination in Colorado Springs. b2 and company provides ongoing leasing and merchandising strategy of this 133-acre mixed-use commercial center with 865,000 square feet of planned leasable space, including 345,000 square feet of lifestyle oriented shopping, anchored by a 16-plex Cinemark Theatre and 3-D IMAX. |

As part of the development team, b2 and company assisted the TrizecHahn Company with the leasing of a magnificent, multi-dimensional entertainment and shopping complex on the corner of Hollywood & Highland. b2 and company's primary focus was helping TrizecHahn Company attract national, international and local shops and restaurants to this exciting marketplace. The project features over 450,000 square feet of retail space anchored by a 600-room luxury class hotel, a "state of the art" live performance premier theater, new movie theaters, and the renovated historic "Chinese Theater". |

b2 and company created a remerchandising plan and vision to solidify Fashion Island's niche in the changing Orange County market. b2 and company successfully introduced Fleming's Prime Steak House, Roy's Seafood, and such dynamic tenants as Lucky Brand Jeans, Ciel, J. Peterman, Bose, April Cornell, Chiasso, Christophe Salon, Waterworks and Subtle Tones to the Orange County market. As a result of the remerchandising efforts, sales per square foot rose nearly eighteen percent (18%) during this two-year period. |

was hired to manage the leasing and merchandising strategy and
implementation for this mixed-use project, which includes
134,000 square feet of specialty retail. The Cherry Creek
Mall anchors the south end of Clayton Lane and the tony shops of
Cherry Creek North surround the remainder of the project. |

Tysons Galleria :: |

Led the redevelopment of this 800,000-square foot upscale,
mixed-use shopping complex located in the Tysons Corner area
west of Washington, D.C. Renegotiated more than 50,000
square feet of existing leases, completed new leases
totaling more than 100,000 square feet and directed
marketing, public relations, and renovation. Center
productivity increased from $260/sf to over $510/sf in 36
months. NOI increased 25% while the potential for a lower
cap rate continues due to these enhancements. |
