The site, which is three outdoor blocks around Salt Lake's historic Union Pacific Depot, is part of the city's larger redevelopment masterplan. The Gateway unites retail, restaurants, entertainment, cultural destinations, office, hotel and residential space to anchor the downtown core. The center opened in 2001 and b2 and company continues in the ongoing leasing and re-merchandising efforts for the existing center.
