The Company
Formed as The Foy Bradford Company in 1997, the enterprise became b2 and company in 2004, although the company vision and motto remained the same: expect exponential results.
Since day one, the company's mission has been to meet the leasing and merchandising needs of retail landlords who want to increase the retail potential and value of their properties. As part of the name change, b2 and company expanded its services to include the development of mixed-use lifestyle projects, which include The Collection at Old Town in Pasadena, California and BoDo in Boise, Idaho. b2 and company continues to pursue development opportunities around the country, in addition to landlord representation and leasing of super regional shopping centers, lifestyle centers, mixed-use urban development and new development.
